1) Install the Contact Form 7 Plugin
Download and activate the plugin from the repository as shown below
2) Create a New Contact Form
Open Contact Form 7 settings and create a new form
3) Configure your Form
Add or remove any field you feel like and also modify the description according to your needs
4) Edit Email Settings
Configure email sent from the contact form via the Mail tab at the top
5) Add Form Message
Customize error messages, thank you message according to your needs
6) Add the Form to your Website
Add the form using the form shortcode on any page
